This morning, Catalina and two of her children experienced a terrifying moment when strong winds and rain caused a nearby tree to fall on their home, completely destroying the roof. By God's grace, they miraculously escaped with only a few bruises, thanks to the swift response of Martin County firefighters and paramedics.

Catalina has always been an example of generosity in our community, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Today, she is the one facing great difficulty.

Esta mañana, Catalina y dos de sus hijos vivieron un momento aterrador cuando los fuertes vientos y la lluvia derribaron un árbol cercano a su casa en Stuart, Florida. El árbol cayó sobre su techo, destruyendo por completo su hogar. Afortunadamente, por la gracia de Dios, lograron salir ilesos, con solo algunos moretones, gracias a la rápida intervención de los bomberos y paramédicos de Martin County.

Catalina siempre ha sido un ejemplo de generosidad en nuestra comunidad, dispuesta a tender una mano a quien lo necesita. Hoy es ella quien enfrenta una gran necesidad.
