Sometimes it seems, life just isn’t fair. On February 10th Catherine Zinsner thought she was having just another terrible migraine, which she suffered from often in the past. Unbeknownst to her, she was suffering a massive brain bleed. She was rushed into emergency brain surgery on the 11th and we all began praying for a miracle. Cat survived the surgery but not without complications. She suffered right side paralysis, aphasia and memory loss, all of which are slowly improving day by day, but she still has a very long road ahead of her.
Cat is an extraordinary person and no ordinary single mom. She holds two jobs and still finds time to support her 3rd grade son in his schoolwork and his many after school activities. He is her entire world.
Cat has been in the ICU since her surgery and is still a long way from recovery with hours of Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy and just learning how to be a mom again.
This horrific event not only affected everyone around her that cares and loves her, but has also put a major financial strain on herself as well as her family. The prognosis is good and with her determined spirit, Cat will become whole again. Please help her re-gain her life. Every dollar counts and will make a difference in her recovery.
Thank you for your compassion and support.
