Work has been slow and this summer storms that came threw on June 10-12th caused power outages and damaged my roof.

I am in need of repairs to my roof, chimney and dining room ceiling.

The most urgent issues are the roof and chimney as those are the sources of the leaks.

I have 2 estimates and I need a minimum of $4,750 for the most urgent outside work.

Unfortunately the inspectors have stated that the damage is not significant enough for insurance as my deductible is too high.

Any additional funds will go towards fixing the water damage in the dinning room.
