A Heartfelt Request for Support in Securing Stable Housing

Dear Friends,

I am writing to ask for your support as I navigate a challenging time in my life. I have recently been presented with an opportunity to move into income-based housing, which would be a life-changing step toward independence. However, I am facing financial hurdles that I cannot overcome on my own, and I am reaching out for help to make this dream a reality.

I live with a condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a form of dysautonomia that significantly impacts my daily life and limits my ability to work consistently. POTS affects my heart rate and blood flow, often leaving me fatigued, dizzy, and unable to stand or move for extended periods. These challenges have made it nearly impossible for me to maintain traditional employment, drastically reducing my income and financial stability.

While I am deeply grateful for my mother’s support, I have long yearned for the chance to establish my own space and grow independently. Securing this income-based housing would not only provide me with a safe and affordable place to live but also grant me the opportunity to take control of my life in a way I haven’t been able to before. It would allow me to manage my health, pursue personal goals, and regain a sense of autonomy, which is incredibly important to me.

Unfortunately, the upfront costs associated with moving—such as deposits, utility set-up fees, and essential furnishings—are beyond my reach at this time. This is where I humbly ask for your help. Any contribution, no matter how small, would go directly toward making this move possible and ensuring I have the foundation I need to thrive in this next chapter.
