Help Cassandra’s Homemade Goods Get Back on the Road After a Heartbreaking Theft
We’re a group of local vendors and friends rallying together for someone truly special — Cassandra, the heart and hands behind Cassandra’s Homemade Goods.
Cassandra is more than just a small business owner. She’s a multiple-time cancer survivor, a fighter with an incredible spirit, and one of the kindest, most giving people you could ever meet. She’s the first to lend a hand when another vendor is struggling, always offering encouragement, a smile, and often a jar of something homemade and healing.
Recently, Cassandra experienced something truly devastating. While working at a local event, she was targeted by a couple working together to distract her and steal her keys — and later, her car. This wasn’t just any car — it was her lifeline. It’s how she brings her handcrafted jams, jellies, and canned goods to markets, delivers orders, and keeps her small business alive.
Losing her car has made it almost impossible for her to continue doing what she loves and what supports her livelihood. After surviving so much already, this was an incredibly cruel and heartbreaking setback.
We’re starting this fundraiser to help Cassandra raise money to:
• Replace her stolen vehicle so she can continue bringing her products to the community
• Recover lost materials and supplies
• Get Cassandra’s Homemade Goods back on its feet
Cassandra has always shown up for others — now it’s our turn to show up for her. Every donation, no matter the size, will help her rebuild what was taken and remind her that kindness and community are stronger than cruelty.
If you’re unable to donate, please help by sharing this fundraiser. Together, we can get Cassandra back on the road and back to doing what she does best — spreading warmth, resilience, and homemade goodness everywhere she goes.
Thank you for supporting our dear friend, Cassandra, and for helping keep Cassandra’s Homemade Goods moving forward.
