Help Cassandra Immigrate to Canada

Donation protected
hi my name is Cassandra Dobson.
Me and my husband Dustin Dobson are reaching out to the community, family, and friends in this time in our need.
for those who don't know I am originally from Texas and my husband is from British Columbia, we've been trying for years to make Canada my permanent home. We've finally decided to reach out for professional help and hired immigration lawyers to help with our specific case.
We've hit a few more road blocks in this process.
back in 2017 I hit rock bottom, I got laid off from my job that i had for several years, I lost my home from it being vandalized and burglarized by bad people, I wasn't able to afford to feed myself or my cats any longer. I ended up living on friends couches, to families spare bedrooms, and was basically homeless for a long while. in that time it became hard for me to cope with everything so I turned to alcohol to try and numb my depression. one day i made a bad choice of driving after have a couple drinks from a friend's house, i got pulled over, and arrested for DWI.
long story short, I did my time, paid my fines, it was forgiven and expunged from my police records.
I tried to recover in texas from everything I had lost and wasn't able to accomplish that. I no longer have a home, or vehicle I can go back in the US. I came to canada with the money I made off from selling my furniture since I didn't have a home, and money I had left from when I worked, and also the help of my husband.
I've been in limbo for years, between staying here legally and going back to the US when my visitor visa expires, and working the time I go back down.
it's 2021 now and my husband has been supporting me in such trying times, and were taking the steps it takes to make my forever home with him here in Canada.
our immigration lawyers requested lots of information, and one of those being my fbi records. (my DWI still showing up) Our immigration lawyers are telling us that we have the chance of our application being approved BUT we need to hire another lawyer from texas, and get my DWI expunged before we can move on any further.
since I have been staying with my husband in Canada, I am legally unable to get a job or work in the time being so financially it's my husband alone taking care of everything.
we are in dire need of y'alls help to give us the fighting chance to stay united, to make this my home, so I can work and financially help with everything, maybe even start a family.
if we don't get the this done, the chances are high of denial rate (Canada sees DWI an extremely high offence) of my application and I have to wait 10 years for my DWI to considered gone, and me being able to be rehabilitated by the Canadian government, then I could reapply.
If anyone reading this can spare anything, if you can find in your heart to help us in the time of our need, we'd forever be grateful.

For those who are thinking that I'm a horrible person for driving while drinking, I only drove 2 blocks down away from where I was staying, I didn't yield at a sign properly, and I was completely coherent. no one was hurt, and I was not driving wrecklessly.
Also having that DWI has changed my life in so many ways that Its rare that I even drink anymore, and I'm now a very changed person! I know it still doesn't give it any justification to why I drank and drive, but please know I'm now a different person now than I was back in 2017  just trying so hard to turn my life around.
further more if you have any questions about anything please feel free to ask me.
