Hey, I'm Cass and my car just broke down and repairs would be more than it's worth and I still owe $4000 on the blighted thing so now I'm out a car, in debt for $4000, and don't have a way to get to work.

This is paired with the fact that apparently I'm getting seizures now. I don't know why, and neither do the doctors, but the bill for just visiting the ER once was over $2000 after insurance. I was able to pay some of it down to $1800, but I'm flat broke.

I'm at the end of my rope and I don't know what to do. My partner suggested making a GoFundMe so here I am, doing that, hoping that maybe somehow this'll all work out.
