Help Cass get Gender Reassignment Surgery!

My name is Cassandra Roth. Just over two years ago, I began transitioning from male to female. At that time, I scheduled an appointment for Gender Reassignment Surgery with Dr. Suporn in May of 2019, and got to work on saving up both for the surgery itself and the plane tickets to get there.

At the beginning of this month, February, I lost my job.

Now I'm in the home stretch to the surgery date itself, with final payment due on April 15, but it's going to be weeks at best until I begin drawing a paycheck again. I can handle my own finances and bills, but I cannot possibly save for my own surgery at this point.

Dr. Suporn is retiring at the end of this year, so I cannot reschedule with him. And if I chose to reschedule with a different provider, the payments I've made to date and the plane tickets themselves would both be forfeit.

Frankly, this surgery means a lot to me. I've waited two years for this, and to have it slip out of my hands so close to getting it would hurt far more than any money I'd lose in the process.

I've already raised most of the cost, but there's still a ways left to go. I just need help getting to the finish line.
