On April 15, I rushed my 1 year old cat, Casper, to the ER because he was struggling to breathe. He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and will have to be in the hospital for 2 nights. All of his blood tests, X-rays, and care has cost over $5,000 that I have had to put on a credit card because I simply do not have the funds.
