This is Casper. I rescued him from a bad situation. He was trembling with fear when I met him, being held in human hands that cared nothing for him. I didn't have a plan; I just knew I had to try to get this innocent baby out of danger. I suspect he was taken from his mother too young and has not had any shots, seen a vet, or received solid nutrition, much less love and security. I have bonded with him so strongly. I feel responsible for him, but I cannot keep him myself as I work full-time on-site and he requires full-time baby care. Plus, even though my dog loves him, I cannot afford a second dog as my dog has an ongoing health issue that taps me out every month. I am very lucky to have a friend that can give him the best, best life, but getting him to her involves a cross-country flight.

I am just hoping to raise some funds to pay for her (and his) flight, some initial vet visits, and getting him set up with good nutrition. I am really grateful for any help for little Casper.
