I’m starting this fundraiser to help cover the cost of top surgery—a gender-affirming procedure that would be truly life-changing for me.

For as long as I can remember, my chest has been a source of discomfort and disconnect. It’s something I carry with me every day, affecting how I move through the world, how safe I feel in my body, and how fully I’m able to be myself. Top surgery isn’t about aesthetics for me—it’s about relief, alignment, and finally feeling at home in my own skin.

This surgery would mean freedom. Freedom to breathe easier, to exist without constant dysphoria, and to live more confidently and authentically. It’s a step toward mental, emotional, and physical well-being that I’ve spent a long time working toward.

Unfortunately, the cost of top surgery (including the procedure itself, travel, time off work, and recovery expenses) is more than I can manage on my own.
