Help Cash Recover from a Pit Bull Attack

Saturday morning, my 10lb dog, Cash, went for his morning walk with his brother when he was viciously attacked by a full-grown pit bull. The pit bull latched onto my dog and got closer and closer to his neck because an ignorant dog owner didn’t put a leash on her two pit bulls due to it being “dirty.” She does not want to help with medical bills either. While she “hoped” for a safe recovery, there might not be one! My dog is dying. He has a huge gash on his shoulder that they want $900 to stitch up. He only has one tooth in the front of his mouth that is loose and falling out. He needs an X-ray because he cannot walk on his front right leg. His breathing has been irregular; he might have a punctured lung, which they want an additional $900 just to see. He also has not used the restroom in over 24 hours. We have to force him to drink water. While he was once a playful dog full of joy ALWAYS running and playing he now does nothing but lay there and cry .Please help me and my family ANYTHING will help!!!
