Over the past several months, Casey and his family have been navigating an incredibly difficult and uncertain cancer journey. Despite their strength, hope, and determination, the road has been filled with heartbreaking news, difficult decisions, and unexpected delays. Through all of this, they continue to hold onto hope while navigating an incredibly difficult situation.

Casey’s latest scans showed continued tumour growth, and a new round of chemotherapy unfortunately did not work. After exploring their options with his medical team, Casey was offered another surgery to remove as much of the tumour as possible. It was a difficult decision, but one the family ultimately agreed to pursue, and a third craniotomy was performed on September 3, 2026,

Throughout this journey, Casey’s family has continued to show remarkable strength. They have travelled extensively for treatments, relied on the generosity of family and friends for places to stay, and done their best to make these trips positive experiences for their children despite the circumstances.

But the reality is that cancer doesn’t just affect the person fighting it. It affects the entire family. The travel, accommodation, time away from home and work, and the uncertainty of what comes next can place an enormous emotional and financial burden on everyone involved. The total cost for the specific treatments in Arizona and Germany will cost upwards of $245K.

We are raising funds to help ease some of that burden so Casey and Raven can travel and seek treatment in Germany.
