Help Casey through his kidney transplant process
Donation protected
This is my nephew Casey (Kenneth) Cahall. Casey had been diagnosed with kidney disease for quite some time now. At the end of last year, he was told his kidneys were failing and he needed a kidney transplant. He needed a living donor. Many of you signed up to see if you were a match. He was so thankful to everyone that was willing to be a kidney donor.
Any one who knows him knows that Casey is an amazing young man! He is a 6th grade teacher. Casey has volunteered for many years helping with a local youth group and volunteers coaching youth baseball. He has a wonderful sense of humor and you always need to be alert because he loves pranks. Casey has been married to his wife, Kelly, for 20 years and they have two children. Family is very important to him.
His sister Kayla (in picture) Humphrey stepped up without hesitation to help her brother. After months of testing, she was told she was a match. Kayla began crying with excitement because she was happy to be his living donor match and join him in this journey. Kayla's heart is so big! Her smile and laughter lights up a room. Kayla has been married to her husband Kris for 11 years and they have four children. You can always count on a good laugh when Kayla is around.
Casey will not be able to work for the rest of the school year and will have medical expenses not paid for by his insurance plus all the unknown expenses for the two of them. We would like you to pray to see if you would like to help both these families with medical and unexpected bills. More important, please pray for Casey and Kayla as the transplant is March 29th
