On Friday, April 10, 2026, I almost lost my life. Instead, I lost everything I own in a fire at Premier Garden apartments in College Park, Georgia. By the grace of God, I was able to escape the flames, then rushed to Grady Hospital Burn Center with first and second-degree burns to my body. The experience was terrifying and unbelievable, and now I’m facing a long road to recovery. My injuries mean I can’t work, and the medical bills are piling up. On top of that, I have to rebuild my whole life from scratch—finding temporary housing, replacing essentials, and trying to gain some sense of normalcy while dealing with therapy.
The funds raised will go directly toward covering my medical bills, securing a safe place to stay, replacing the basic items I lost in the fire, and supporting my therapy. Every bit of support will help me focus on healing and getting back on my feet, rather than worrying about how I’ll afford the necessities.
If you can help and find it in your heart to support me in this unexpected tragedy I’m left to deal with, it will greatly be a help on the road to rebuild my life. I’m so grateful for any help as I work to rebuild my life.
