Help Cas Heal!

Hi folks! Betsy and Krystal here on behalf of our good bud Cas.

Cas suffered a fall causing a multiple breaks in her leg recently, and got some gnarly hardware installed to help it all heal.

While she’s got some limited help from gov programs while she’s off work, she’s facing at least 6 months recovery where she’s not able to work, or more importantly do most of the things she loves.

Walk her dogs, ride her motorcycle and generally be an all around independent badass.

She’s always been a great support to others so we’re hoping to help her in kind. Asking for help is HARD, so we’re doing it for her.

In the interest of transparency, here’s where we came up with the number for our goal.

$7500 for 6 months is $1250 per month.

It will go towards hiring dog walkers to keep Riot and Rec healthy happy dogs who get enough exercise, therapy which isn’t covered by any of the gov programs and is a damn shame - anyone suddenly losing mobility and being faced with this kind of medical emergency should have access to free therapy - but I digress..

It will also help cover the cost of mobility aids like the wheelchair she needs to use currently and the medicines also not eligible that she needs to stay comfortable and progressing on her healing journey.
