Help Carter Thompson Get Vital Medical Care

My name is Carter Thompson. I'm 62 years old. I'm raising funds for medical appointments, gas, and my coverage of what my insurance doesn't cover. I got very sick with COVID, had the vaccine, and unfortunately fell off a cliff. I'm trying to get a proper diagnosis so I know how to properly deal with what's happening to me. I see a cardiologist, a pulmonologist, a neurologist, an infectious disease specialist, and a rheumatologist. These appointments are in Thomasville. I live in the Hahira Cecil area and I need help with covering my doctor's visits, gas, and what my insurance doesn't cover.

I've been in hospice. I came out of hospice for more diagnostic treatment because, frankly, I want to live. I'm asking for your help, please, so that I might get better. I had to take an early retirement at 62. I receive a small sum of Social Security, but I can no longer drive because I started pushing the gas instead of the brake. I have so many health issues as a result of the vaccine and having COVID. Therefore, by the charity of others, which people have been very kind to me, I have been taken back and forth to doctors and appointments.

I have tremors like I have Parkinson's disease, memory loss, cognition problems, joint and muscle pain, digestive issues, pain under my right rib cage (which I think is my liver), and under my left rib cage (which I think is my spleen). I'm out of breath all the time. I walk 5 feet and I'm out of breath. I have heart palpitations and heart issues. I was diagnosed with long COVID in 2023 and reactivation of Epstein-Barr. My viral count was in the 600s, and the test only went up to 600. The doctor at that time believes that my tremors have to do with brain damage to the left temporal lobe of my brain, which causes me to tremor and have weakness on my right side. I walk with a cane and a walker.

Because I could no longer work and I was on such a strict budget, I was able to purchase a very, very small RV for a very, very reasonable price so I would not be homeless. I currently live in an RV park in this RV. I am a devout Christian. I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that he will help me with however this turns out. If he wants me to suffer on the cross with him, I will. If he wants me to recover, I will. And if it's time for me to cross over, I will do all of those things without question and with no fear.

I'm just trying to get a proper diagnosis so I know how to operate and what next steps I have to take. I'm also applying for disability, and having a proper diagnosis would certainly help.
