Carter is a 12 year old precious boy who is fighting a DIPG brain tumor. He was diagnosed December 7th of 2020 when they gave his family less than a year of life. The family chose to fight and he was enrolled at a clinical trial study with the University of Florida. Since then he has completed the trial and on December 6th of 2021, his MRI showed his tumor had grown by 1 cm all the way around. The doctors relayed to the family that if the tumor progressed like it had in the last 3 months, he would not be here in 3 months. They stressed this needed to be a time of giving experiences and fun as much as possible. Carter is well loved by his family and spends a lot of time with his brother who is 8, and his 3 cousins who are like siblings. He loves Naruto, Spiderman, TikTok, animals, Harry Potter Gryffindor, blankets, and so much more. The family is currently looking for more trials that are all over the country to give them more time. Any and all help will be so appreciated.
