Help Carson represent Canada at the 2024 World Championship

Hi, my name is Carson Bell. I'm a tennis player and coach from Edmonton, Alberta. I have been playing 35+ Masters tennis since events resumed after the pandemic. Through my results and ranking (#1 in Canada 35+) in the 2023 season I was fortunate enough to qualify to represent Team Canada this August in Lisbon, Portugal. I was able to represent Canada as the coach of the 2015 Women's team at the FISU games but have never had an opportunity as an athlete. While it is a fantastic honor to play for my country it does come with a very substantial financial cost.
Throughout the years I have done my best to give back to the tennis community. Through coaching I have created a motivating environment for the athletes that I work with. I strive to be the best mentor I can and like to think that I have left a lasting positive impact on the athletes that I've been fortunate enough to work with. I've been coaching in the Edmonton tennis community for over 20 years. In addition to that I've contributed with Tennis Alberta including representing Alberta as a Provincial coach at Junior Nationals roughly 40 times.
I am the co-founder of the Owen Schlosser World Team Tennis fundraiser which raises funds for the Owen Schlosser memorial tennis scholarship at the University of Alberta. The event has been running annually since 2010. In 2024 I organized the inaugural Kay McNeilly Masters Classic to try and help grow Masters tennis in Alberta.
I am hopeful that I'll be able to raise some funds to help with the costs of the trip to Portugal and the costs of preparation to represent Canada to the best of my ability.
Thank you in advance to anyone that is able to help me realize this dream of representing my country on Team Canada.
