Carrie has become a dear friend to me, and we met through our shared love of the Morbid podcast. She is someone who brings warmth and kindness to those around her, and it’s been a privilege to get to know her. Unfortunately, Carrie is now facing unimaginable hardship. A devastating house fire took her home, and in the midst of this tragedy, she also lost her spouse. To make matters even more difficult, her house insurance was not in effect when the fire struck, leaving her with little to fall back on.

Carrie is now in urgent need of support as she tries to find housing and begin the long process of rebuilding her life. The loss of her home and partner has left her with overwhelming challenges, and without insurance, the road ahead is even steeper. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping Carrie secure a safe place to stay and start over, giving her hope and stability during this incredibly difficult time.

I am organizing this fundraiser on Carrie’s behalf because she doesn’t have social media, and I want to make sure her story is heard. This is a wonderful family who is being put through so much right now. Even if you can only give a dollar or just share this with your friends, anything helps.
