Hi friends! As some of you may know, the wonderful Jacox family is going through an extremely difficult time and needs our help. Carra and Zach are amazing friends and family members, so let's take care of them as they have taken care of us so many times.

Several weeks ago Carra's mom, Ruth, suffered a heart attack. She now has a hole in her heart that they will try and repair surgically and the recovery will be very long. Ruth has already undergone several operations and Carra has been traveling back and forth from TN to AL to be involved in making urgent and important healthcare decisions. On top of this, Zach's dad was also hospitalized this week for heart issues and has already undergone one emergency surgery. His dad has lung cancer and the new cardiac issue complicates his prognosis, so it's important for Zach to be here for both his mom and dad during this time.

Neither Zach nor Carra's parents live close by and their toddler is not allowed in either ICU due to age restrictions. This means A LOT of driving and childcare expenses, and neither Carra nor Zach has PTO from their jobs.

We are attempting to raise $3000 towards travel and childcare expenses, as well as missed wages, so the Jacox family can breathe a bit easier while taking care of their family members. Every little bit will help to ease their burden right now!
