My name is Caron and this is devastating for me

i was in a horrible accident yesterday that I was lucky to walk away alive except bleeding from my eyes a broken mose and blacked out on way to pharmacy

the other guy was speeding amd threw my car to the other sofe where I nroke the glass of a medical shop

i just switched insurance and this happened and bc my insurance is only a day old when this happened they womt cover me which os insane and I never heard of something so wrong

my car is totaled but its financed so I need help from anyone that can help
