Hello all. I’m Carolyn. I’m a mom, sister, friend, and daughter. I have two great kids, Matthew and Chelsea, who bring a light to my eyes whenever they are around. I’m thankful every day for them.

Now the hard part… this September, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Throat Cancer. Thankfully, it's not a terminal case but life-altering, to say the least. As I begin treatment, I’m unable to continue my career as a Chef right now. This is a huge strain on my finances and the ability to support myself. I am blessed to have medical coverage.
