Help Carolyn pay for thyroid surgery

My sister Carolyn has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She is currently in Mexico and needs to pay for surgery and treatment. She is without insurance and as an illustrator and writer she needs help to get through this. She needs surgery ASAP and needs to pay in advance since she has no insurance. Currently the cancer is on the left side of her thyroid and she may be able to keep part of her thyroid if done in time.
