I am Carolyn Pennington's father. She was critically injured July 29 in an accident on I24 in Livingston County Kentucky. (See Allen Dodds GoFundMe account) Her and Allen's cars were rear end by a tractor trailer while stopped in traffic. Both were airlifted to Deaconess Trauma Hospital in Evansville, IN. She has a brain injury, mangled arm, broken collar bone, whiplash, and perhaps other. She remains in induced coma on a ventilator and heavily sedated. She responds negatively when attempt is made to reduce pain meds. She is employed by WKEC in Murray, KY and her husband Brian, who will not leave her side, is employed by a landscaper firm. Both will lose an unknown amount of income as well as incur non-covered medical expense. They need help while attempt is made to settle a claim which will take some time, perhaps years given the injuries and losses of all that were injured in this terrible accident.

Please pray for Carolyn, Allen and their family who also lost a wife and mother as well as two precious grandchildren, and for us. We have already lost one daughter and my wife at 87 and me at 89 are suffering to say the least.
