Hello! My name is Caroline Rodriguez and it’s been 6 years since my parents moved to Chile and I’ve been able to see them. Since moving there, my father has had a serious decline in health and regular hospital visits, making him unable to travel and my mom his caretaker. I had hoped to go visit last year, but COVID restrictions, quarantine, and unemployment made that impossible. These funds would help get my passport, cover costs of travel, and cover temporary health insurance (which is a requirement to enter Chile). I’m asking for help now because I can’t put this off any longer. With the way things are, this could be the last time I get to see my dad.
