Many of you reading this know exactly who Caroline James is. You know how hard she works and how she keeps Education Services in our fire department running smoothly. If you don't recognize her face, you most definitely know her name. She's helped you renew your EMT license, she's patiently answered your questions about Blackboard, she's helped you navigate the TCFP website. All with a smile, a positive attitude and the patience of a saint. 

Caroline and her family need our help. Just months after the birth of their second precious daughter and just one day after Caroline's return to work, her husband, Travis, suffered a terrible accident with a hand saw that has resulted in several surgeries and will require many months of recovery. 

The James family could really benefit from the financial support of their AFD Family. They have medical bills, extra childcare costs (Travis has been the primary childcare provider for the family while Caroline works full time) and have been relying on a Meal Train set up by their church. 

Please take a moment to consider the fact that Caroline has helped every single firefighter in our department not to mention many in our surrounding ESDs. She is a part of our firefighter family and this is a small way we can say thank you to her tireless service while also helping her family through this difficult time.
