HI. My name is Monica Cruz and I live in San Diego California. On Wednesday February 8th, I found out that my dear cousin Carolina has to have an emergency surgery. It is a life or death situation. Her intestines will need to be cut and put back together and her intestines are making holes in her bladder. The surgery is called BLADDER FISTULA REPAIR AND LARGE BOWEL RESECTION. My cousin is 59 years old and has grandkids that love her. Unfortunately, she has no insurance and neither does her husband, Raul. Raul is working on getting coverage thru his job and they don't have the money. But my cousin needs the surgery NOW. But they won't even schedule the surgery without all the funds. She is in a lot of pain. Carolina's daughter, Thalia, posted on Facebook that she's selling tickets for a chance to win a TV to raise money. We are desperate.

In talking to other family members and with the funds that will be raised by the raffle, we think we can come up with $1000. This is why we are asking for help with $4200. The $200 is to cover any fees charged by this platform.

Any help you can provide would be so appreciated. Carolina is a very creative person and is always making things to sell, I know that she will make something lovely for every person that helps her as a way to thank you for helping her pay for this lifesaving surgery.
