Hello my name is Carola De Jesus, I am a Systemic Lupus patient, but in the last month, after being hit by COVID-19 for the first time, my health condition aggravated and I developed Lupus Nephritis. My kidneys started to fail, I don't have health insurance and had to be admitted in the hospital on November 13th.
The Doctors told me I wouldn't have survived two more weeks without medical care. I pushed myself while studying and working, without knowing how bad my condition was progressing.

 I am asking for your help as doctors told me I won’t be able to work for the next year. I have to concentrate in my health and getting out of the critical condition I am in. Right now I cannot afford all the medical bills and living expenses. If you feel in your heart helping while I focus on my health and getting stable I will be forever grateful.
