URGENT!! Dental Treatment needed NOT cosmetic.

I'm not sure what else to do. I've had issues with my teeth since I can remember. Growing up I was in the dentist's chair quite often either getting cavities filled or root canals. Eventually, my mom who was a dental hygienist suggested we crown the top. Problem solved! Nope, it was actually just the start of the problems I would face. After they filed my teeth down, my mold of my original teeth got broken. So, I never had a correct fit. The next two years of my life were spent going to the office every six weeks and seeing if my crowns would fit. They never fit under my gums properly. Which has caused them to be exposed. That was almost 20 years ago and now they have started to break off. I pray nobody has to go through the trauma I have experienced through this journey. I dont have insurance and need my entire top extracted. I have been to the hospital to just get a referral and antibiotics.  The referral is for the community dental clinic which can not help me because I need an oral surgeon.  The infection has spread into my eye and I'm in constant pain and can barely eat anything anymore.  This is typically not something I would do but I'm desperate for help and appreciate any support. I can show the estimate of the dental cost if needed.
