Carol has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met, always ready to lend a hand or offer a comforting word. Last night, tragedy struck when the house next door to Carol's caught on fire. The flames quickly spread, and despite the efforts of the fire department, Carol's home was completely destroyed. She lost not only her house, but also the belongings and memories that made it a home.

Carol now faces the overwhelming challenge of starting over. She needs a safe place to stay, basic necessities, and help replacing the things she lost. The funds raised here will go directly toward temporary housing, replacing her belongings, and anything else she will need as she begins to rebuild her life.
