Help Carol Rebuild After Devastating Fire

On Friday, February 28th, a fire consumed Carol’s apartment, destroying or damaging everything inside. We are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt, but Carol’s life and living situation have been turned upside down.

If you know Carol, you know how generous she is with her time and talents as a friend and a fixture in the Minneapolis music scene. Now, she needs our help.

While she waits for her apartment to be rebuilt, we need your support to help her rebuild the rest of her life. The essentials—furniture, clothing, food, and medical supplies—need to be replenished. Additionally, the tools of her trade—cleaning supplies and appliances, massage oils and equipment, keyboards, guitars, countless records from her work as a musician and DJ, and her computer—must be replaced.

Unfortunately, the insurance company is only covering the minimal value of her belongings, which is far from enough to rebuild what she has lost. This is where we hope you can help.
