Help Carmen's Cat Overcome Painful Infection

CARMEN (a neighbor/Sterling VA) has a cat with a tooth infection that's causing other health issues. Vet care will cost over $1000 (Anicira clinic in Manassas, VA). Carmen has parkinsons (not working) and caring for her 80-year-old mom. This is the friendliest cat I've ever meant. As an empath, it's breaking my heart and can not sit back without doing something.
