My name is Carmen. I moved to South Dakota from Tennessee last year after a terrible marriage and difficult divorce. I wanted to find myself. I did! A completely new way of life in a brand new place taught me how independent I can be.

Now, I will soon be a granny.

Part of my self searching showed me I really thrive in caring for my family.

I want to be a present grandmother. But… moving costs are expensive. I would love to raise as much as I can to offset the costs of truck rental, movers, gas, hotel, etc.

I am not a fan of begging for money, but I feel

like many of you will personally relate to the situation.
