A year ago, I suffered an accident that caused fractures in my ankle, tibia, and fibula. I underwent surgery, but unfortunately, my body rejected the plate that was inserted, so I had to undergo another emergency operation here in the United States. This situation has not only seriously affected my health, but also my financial stability. I have had to pay high medical expenses and, in the midst of this struggle, I have exhausted all my savings. The doctors have ordered me to rest completely, which prevents me from working for a while, leaving me without income to cover my basic needs such as rent, utilities, and food for. It is very difficult for me to write these words, but I do so out of necessity and out of the immense love I feel for my children. I am not looking for luxuries, just a little relief in this very difficult time. With great humility, I turn to you to request any help you can provide, especially if it were possible to receive support to cover part of the apartment rent, which would be a huge relief while I recover and get back on my feet.

Hace 1 año sufrí un accidente que me provocó fracturas en el tobillo, la tibia y el peroné. Fui intervenida quirúrgicamente, pero lamentablemente mi cuerpo rechazó la platina que me colocaron, por lo que fui sometida a una nueva operación de urgencia aquí en Estados Unidos. Esta situación no solo ha afectado seriamente mi salud, sino también mi estabilidad económica. He tenido que asumir elevados gastos médicos y, en medio de esta lucha, he agotado todos mis ahorros. Los médicos me han indicado reposo absoluto, lo que me impide trabajar durante un tiempo, dejándome sin ingresos para cubrir mis necesidades básicas como el arriendo, los servicios y la alimentación. Es muy difícil para mí escribir estas palabras, pero lo hago impulsada por la necesidad y por el amor inmenso que siento por mis hijos. No busco lujos, solo un poco de alivio en este momento tan duro. Con gran humildad, recurro a ustedes para solicitar cualquier ayuda que esté a su alcance, especialmente si fuera posible recibir apoyo para cubrir una parte del alquiler del apartamento, lo cual sería un respiro enorme mientras me recupero y vuelvo a ponerme de pie.
