Help Carmen and Daughter

On Monday August 21st, Carmen Caro tragically lost her partner in life Dave unexpectedly. Dave grew up in San Diego and lived in South Lake Tahoe for many years. He worked locally as a painting contractor. Carmen was raised in South Lake Tahoe and graduated from South Tahoe High School. Together, Carmen and Dave have an 8 year old daughter about to start 3rd grade.
