Help Carlyle Heal: Tail Amputation Needed

My name is Carlyle. Carly, for short. I am tiny. I lived in a storm drain awhile, then under the hood of a Pontiac Vibe, for about a week. We went everywhere. Then my new mom and dad found me! Hooray!

Now I am safe and clean and loved, but I need some medical attention, please.

In addition to being checked out for the usual "new kitty" issues, something happened to my tail while I was out there in the Wild. Over half of it is dead and it looks like a twig, and it needs to be amputated. It was like that before I hid in the car. New Mommy and daddy have done all they can to keep me safe. Please help if you are able. Thank you
