One of our employees has recently come across an arduous situation -- their youngest child has been diagnosed with blood cancer. They have begun treatment for the child, which has weighted a strain on the family both emotionally and financially.

Carlos is one of the sweetest and hardest workers within the restaurant. Every day he walks in with a smile, and that smile does not leave even as his shift ends. Watching as he works and interacts with other employees, you would not think he had a trouble in the world. When Carlos is under the weather, he smiles. When it storms, Carlos smiles. His light shines in his eyes and smile, and it radiates into his family. With this battle, we hope to be able to gather funds to help fight the cancer within the child.
