Carlos Paucara is a Bolivian who came 5 months ago to visit his sister Jiannette in San Rafael, CA. Before Christmas he suffered a terrible accident which he broke many bones in his left foot. After two consecutives surgeries, he is not going to work  or even walk for several months or maybe years. The doctors said that he needs to recover with the help of traumatology and orthopedists team who would help him to walk  and overcome this disability. Therefore now, he is asking for help from you because he needs to raise some money that would help him to pay for this expensive treatment in his country Bolivia and to support his family since he is returning to Santa Cruz, Bolivia this month. In addition, he doesn't have insurance in his country because his is a self-employed as a cook which specialty is making "saltenas".
