Hello, on 11/01 around 4:30 PM I received a call that my condominium complex had caught fire. I stood by for about 3 hours as I watched the fire department do their best to put out the fire. As of now, all of us living in the complex do not have any place to stay, and currently looking through hotels, family & friends for a place to stay until we have more updates on our homes.

We do not know when we will be allowed back in and have received updates that multiple apartments including my own took a really big hit during the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated and has not been determined yet.

I recently purchased this apartment, no more than 6 months ago, and have likely lost all my furniture, appliances, electronics, clothes and most of all countless memories from the places that I & my mother have traveled to.

At the moment I feel lost, as it is a new experience for me, and I am trying to figure out what are the right steps to take.

If you can please help me out during this situation, I will greatly appreciate whatever you can offer.
