Hello, my name is Maria Mercado, and on behalf of my siblings and me, I'd like to tell you a little bit about my brother, Carlos Mercado. Carlos is my older brother, and many of you know him. He has been diagnosed with stage three liver cancer and will be starting treatment soon. He will be meeting with his oncologist on June 11th and will begin treatment in the following days. On behalf of my siblings and me, we are humbly requesting donations to help our brother pay his bills due to the after-effects of treatment. My brother will not be able to work. My brother is self-employed and has to pay out of pocket for everything, hence why we are humbly reaching out to our friends and family.
