My name is Carlos Araya, and for years I have dedicated my life to helping soccer players reach their training and performance goals. Coaching is not just my profession—it’s my passion. Recently, I have become involved in a legal dispute related to a former employment agreement. While I am confident in my position, defending this matter has been a significant challenge—personally and financially. Additionally, statements have also been made questioning my legal right to work in the United States. I dispute these statements and intend to prove them as not accurate. I am, and have been, legally authorized to live and work in the United States. The statements challenging my status have caused my family and me considerable stress and uncertainty.

This lawsuit has significantly affected my life, my ability to work, and my livelihood. Because of what is going on, I have been unable to train many of my clients who want to continue working with me. This has caused a substantial loss of income at the same time that I have been facing significant legal expenses to defend myself and ensure my rights are protected. The costs of legal defense are more than I can manage alone, and without support, it is difficult to continue fighting this case on equal footing. Facing these legal and personal challenges has been deeply difficult, and I want to continue my work coaching athletes without fear or interruption.
