Help Carlos and family with medical expenses

My dear friend Carlos has been fighting stomach cancer since late 2020, with that has come many financial burdens for himself and his family. He is currently receiving hospice care at home under a heavy regiment of pain medication. Carlos has mentioned many times he was worried about the debt his family would carry for his treatment should it fail to cure him. Rosa and Ricardo Toledo his sister and brother in law are helping with the organization of these finances. The money is meant to help the family and share a piece of the financial burden with those of us who loved him.
    Carlos is a big guy but he needed to be big to fit the biggest heart this earth has seen. He has the ability to be friends with anyone he spoke to and always was able to bring a smile to anyone. He has an infectious laugh and a smile and it kept even in the harshest of times. It is hard to see him go through this battle and lose the strength he had become known for. He is a gentle giant with a giant heart and we will be missing those good times everyone who has met him had.
    If Carlos has made you laugh, given you a great memory, an adventure, bought you a drink, know that helping his family now will be the greatest gift you can give because his family was everything to him. These words will never do such a legend of a man justice or show the love he showed to all those who he touched in his life.  He will always be a big brother, a little brother, a best friend, a loving and devoted son and a partner in crime for his friends. He is my best friend and a constant in my life to me. A myth, a legend, a force of nature of happiness and love.  We love you Carlos.
