My name is Carlo E Vaccarezza, owner, trainer and breeder of two Florida breds Champions.

As we all know after a grueling and contested hearings in Tallahassee, we finally defeat DECOUPLING in Florida.

But the new session will start soon for the upcoming year and we need to be prepared to do it again to protect the horseman's and agriculture community and their livelihood.
