Our family is asking for help for someone incredibly important to us, Carla Boulware-Begins.

On May 7th, Carla was seriously injured in a traumatic bull attack on her family farm. She had to be life-flighted to the hospital and suffered multiple injuries, including:

• 5 broken ribs

• A fracture in her right hand

• A 3-inch gash along her hairline

• A deep puncture wound in her right forearm

• Severe road rash covering much of her left arm

Thankfully, there were no additional internal injuries found at this time, but she is in a tremendous amount of pain and has a long recovery ahead of her.

Carla is the primary income earner for her household. While her husband Jeff is continuing to work, the loss of Carla’s income during her recovery is going to place a heavy financial strain on their family. Between medical expenses, everyday bills, and the time she will need to heal properly, we are hoping to ease some of that burden so she can focus on recovering.
