Hey, I’m Gary and in 5 weeks time I will be walking Wainwrights coast to coast (190mi) in 7 days to help Carla pay off her mortgage enabling her to sign it over to her kids Mia(17), Logan(15) and Bobby(12) whilst she still can!

Mia is the girlfriend of Lucas (my middle son), Carla was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer a couple of years back and it is in her liver, spine, breast and brain and ultimately incurable.

She currently receives chemotherapy every 3-4 weeks all whilst working flat out to meet her goal of ensuring the kids will have somewhere and more importantly to keep some kind of normality by keeping the house that they all grew up in and shared many memories together.

Carla is an amazing and courageous women and a loving and devoted mother but too proud to ask for help so I’m taking this by the horns and asking you all to help me make any kind of dent in the £17k remaining so that she can rest and spend the time with her children instead of stressing about having to work.

I don’t need you to be generous. I just need you to share this with everyone you know, increase the reach and ask them to do you the favour of doing the same thing again.
