Terrace community Member Carla Rathgaber needs our help Please help us come together to raise some funds for an amazing hard working single mom who was in an awful horseback riding accident today. She has multiple very serious injuries and will likely be off work for a long time. She needs us all to come together to help her pay her bills so she can focus on healing.
