Hi My name is Ted.

My wife Carla has had 2 heart attacks, a stroke and brain hemmorage. Now she needs a by-pass to improve her quality of life. The tests she needs to start the process are very expressive. We have insurance, but need to cover the deductible. She has been unable to work for 2 years and it has taken a toll on our finances. Only need enough to cover the deductible.

Please help her live better and longer.
