Help Carl Blake Rebuild His Business

Hi, my name is Carl Blake. I’ve been an entrepreneur most of my life, building businesses and inventing a few things along the way.

I'm reaching that stage in life where I was building and investing so that I could have a legacy business to pass down to my kids.

I bought a building but then discovered they rezoned my building as residential and took away the zoning as commercial, which is what it was since 1947. I went to the zoning board and was ultimately turned down. I didn’t know at the time that members of the zoning committee were in direct competition for my business. Hence, there wasn’t any way I was going to be allowed to have my business located there. But in the meantime, I had to cover all my expenses, certificates, insurance, phone system, internet, and everything else required to run a business.

I fought the city for two years. I had run out of money and kept selling assets in the hopes I could get my business off the ground. But I had lost all the funds I had been saving to buy inventory and continue growing my business.

It all culminated in losing my building as I was forced to make a deal. But the individual I bought the building from was less than honest—a liar and a thief. He stole $4000 from me during our deal. This ruined my ability to start over.

I never ask anyone for help unless I have no other options. I no longer have my facility to make cash flow.

So I’m here asking for a small bit of assistance to get back on my feet. I’ve got a new facility I can move to and start my state of Missouri car and motorcycle state inspections center. I had it open for one year and I was doing steady inspections there every month. If I can get this new facility, I can triple the number of inspections and cash flow my business.

I have all my tools, certifications, and everything needed. I didn’t sell my tools. The state of Missouri told me they would allow me to move because we did a good job of inspections last year.

All of my avenues of income have dried up due to the economy, etc.

Id really appreciate any help or assistance you can help me with. I’ve helped a lot of people over the years and was never at a point that I needed to ask for myself. But here I am.
