Over the past several weeks, my friend Carise Carlton has been dealing with a series of unexpected medical issues that have significantly affected her daily life and ability to work. Despite multiple hospital visits, countless tests, and ongoing evaluations, there still hasn’t been a clear or definitive explanation for what’s causing her symptoms. They initially thought it was a mini-stroke, but also think it could be MS. Either diagnosis is life-changing. This uncertainty has made it difficult for her and her family to maintain a normal routine, and the persistent health concerns continue to require attention and follow-up care.

Going from two paychecks to one has made it incredibly difficult to make ends meet, especially with Christmas just around the corner. Any help during this time would mean so much. All funds would go to bills, groceries, and Christmas for the kiddos!!! Steven, Carise’s husband, also had to miss several days of work while she was in the hospital, which added even more strain to their household. They have five children living at home, ages 2, 7, 10, 15, and 16 — three boys and two girls — and are doing everything they can to keep things stable for their family.
